We begin our shift from speed to the marathon. The workouts will be longer and at a slower pace. Free training sessions continue Tuesdays at Dodge Park in Sterling Heights. These sessions are open to runners of all levels and will split into groups based on pace. We will begin with a warm up at 6:30 PM, followed by the workout. Dodge Park is located at the intersection of Dodge Park Road and Utica Road. |
