What:  Hanson's Youth Running Team. Grades 1-8

When:  Starting Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at Bloomer Park in Rochester and Monday, September 13, 2010 at Starr Park in Royal Oak  

Time:  4:45 PM- 5:45 PM 

1. warm-up
2. workout (fun relays, running games, hill and intervals)
3. cool down

Where:

Mondays- NEW LOCATION IN 2009 - Starr Park in Royal Oak on 13 mile Rd between Main St and Crooks

Wednesdays- at Bloomer Park in Rochester Hills. (take John R. North until it ends)

Fee:  You may attend one or both locations: The cost is $75. This includes:

1. training/coaching
2. meet entry fees
3. t-shirt
4. awards
5. season ending party
