What:  Hanson’s Youth Running Team. Grades 1-8

When:  Cancelled

Time:  

• warm-up
• workout (fun relays, running games, hill and intervals)
• cool down
• racing opportunities are available

Where:

Monday - Eastwood Beach at Stony Creek Metro Park (Park pass required) 

Tuesday - Quickstad Park in Royal Oak (near Royal High School – Marais & Lexington) 

Wednesday -Bloomer Park in Rochester Hills  (John R. North of Avon Road)

 Fee:  You may attend one or all locations: The cost is $75. This includes:

• training/coaching
• meet entry fees
• t-shirt
• awards
